Heads up, Seneca Park Zoo members. Postcards promoting ZooBoo should appear in your mailbox during the next week. It announces that our popular Halloween event with treats, prizes and entertainment in a Merry-not-Scary setting will upon us in a flash. Preparations are underway. This year we have extended the activities from two to three weekends from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on October 13, 14, 201, 21, 27 and 28.
Trick-or-treating tickets are meant just for kids. Only our Zoo members may purchase discounted pre-sale tickets for $5 each. Last year we heard from attendees that in addition to the savings from buying tickets in advance, they enjoyed the Express Check-In provided for families with these pre-sale tickets most of all! Pre-sale tickets are only available until 4 p.m. Friday, October 12th. These tickets are not date specific, non-refundable and can be redeemed on any ZooBoo day.
Members not trick-or-treating (like adults and infants) enter free. Of course, members may buy trick-or-treating tickets for their kids for $7 each at the Front Gate on any ZooBoo event day. Non-members must pay Zoo admission. To trick-or-treat, their kids must also pay for a $7 ticket. It pays to be a Seneca Park Zoo member!
Take advantage of the member savings online, by calling (585) 336-7212 or stop at the Zoo’s Front Gate. But heads up, members. That postcard in your mailbox is a sign that deadline for purchasing pre-sale tickets is right around the corner!
